Terry qualified as an Economist over 30 years ago and worked for many years in the construction industry. As CEO of the DSM Group,  his knowledge and experience, together with a top team of associates, specialise in helping businesses develop and grow within some very tough markets.

As a specialist sales trainer and business strategist, his mission is simply to provide smaller businesses affordable management expertise for improved profitability, to clarify goals, ensure that staff are motivated, and create action plans focused on each client’s personal success and that of the business.

Author of the acclaimed book “How to Sell in Todays Tough Markets” and presenter of The Business Roadshow, he is often invited to speak at conferences and events.  He has consulted for leading UK companies to improve their sales conversion ratios, increase profitability by improving the use of key resources within the business and identify new profit opportunities.

He works within many different market sectors and has built a reputation for “over delivering” on each assignment.
